Head of Partnerships - London

We are looking for an entrepreneurial digital expert who has existing industry relationships within music, as well as experience working on brand partnerships (brand and/or agency backgrounds preferred).

You will be our London representative working closely with record labels, so a track history of project / campaign management is key, and a solid understanding of digital media and mobile tech.  

You will work directly with the CEO to progress all our existing partnerships: with artists and managers, record labels, movies studios and tv networks. However creating new partnerships and relationships is just as important. Our tech, design and content teams will help you deliver these projects.

This role is designed for a lateral-thinking, self-starter with a passion for music, as well as a drive to develop game-changing partnerships.


  • Target, build and maintain relationships with music, tech and entertainment industry partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Plan and develop time-managed, results-focused campaign activity with partners.
  • Oversee the briefing of campaign goals and requirements to internal resource: tech, content and design.
  • Be responsible for growing our user base and revenues through our partnerships with artists / managers, record labels, movie studios and/or tv networks.
  • Project manage internal resource and oversee delivery of campaign assets.
  • Attend industry events and leverage PR / social media where possible.
  • Be our ‘pulse’ on market and creative trends, feeding insights back to the team.
  • Present to our leadership team on business trends with a view to developing new integrations of our content.


  • You have 5+ years experience in business development, partnerships, tech, sales or marketing
  • You ideally have some tech background, or enough understanding of tech to grasp the implications of a technical integrations.
  • You have a strong existing network of relationships in music and entertainment with artists, tech, labels and/or TV and movie studios.
  • You have a track record of delivering to campaign targets and exceeding goals.
  • You have a knack for creativity and storytelling, with strong presentation and communication skills. You’re persuasive and inspirational.
  • You have experience working with brands and agencies; professional and/or personal connections, a plus.
  • You’re self-motivated, ambitious, and optimistic.
  • You’re a baller with hustle.
