We are looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter who can both head up Emoticast’s marketing operations globally, as well as partnership operations in Europe.
This role is designed for a self-starter who can hustle, think laterally, growth hack, devise creative partnerships, negotiate and close deals - an all-round baller.
You will be our London representative working directly with the CEO to progress all our existing partnerships: with artists and managers, record labels, movies studios and tv networks. However creating developing new partnerships and relationships is equally as important. Our tech, design and content teams will help you deliver these projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As head of marketing the successful candidate will be responsible for PR globally.
Develop our TuneMoji Creator Community.
Manage a junior marketing manager to execute projects.
Be responsible for all brand partnerships driven out of Europe. This includes owning the UMG brand partnership relationship (Global head and team are based in London).
Own the relationships with non-US distribution partners (e.g. Viber)
Be responsible for all business development in the region (e.g. content partnerships with Sky, Copa90, Goal.com) also all label, publisher relationships, and movie studio and tv network relationships in Europe (e.g. Fox would like first test to be run out of London).
WHO YOU ARE:
You have 5+ years experience in business development, partnerships, tech, sales or marketing.
You have a strong existing network of relationships in music and entertainment with artists, tech, labels and/or TV and movie studios.
You have a track record of delivering to campaign targets and exceeding goals.
You have a knack for creativity and storytelling, with strong presentation and communication skills. You’re persuasive and inspirational.
You have experience working with brands and agencies; professional and/or personal connections, a plus.
You’re self-motivated, ambitious, and optimistic.
You’re a baller with hustle.
