Executive Assitant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work closely with the CEO, CTO/CPO, and Accounting Team to be the right hand for all finance and operational initiatives including travel arrangements, manage and maintain calendars, and bookkeeping.

You are someone that thrives in a startup environment! You are a juggling master that can handle a multitude of tasks, judging the right priorities while delivering on time!


  • Manage and maintain CEO’s calendar including travel arrangements
  • Maintain paper and digital document library of all confidential company documents including agency contracts, partner contracts, legal documents, and employee documents
  • AP/AR entries in Xero. Manage expense reports, billing entries, and invoicing
  • Assist the accounting team with monthly management accounts, accruals, payroll, and reconciliations
  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly VAT returns and other HMRC and statutory compliance‍
  • Additional projects, as needed


  • 2+ years experience supporting C-Suite Executives
  • Tech-savvy; Mac OS + G Suite
  • Bookkeeping experience (Bill pay, Payroll, Xero, etc)


  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Recruiting experience


  • Up to £35,000 depending on experience
